The installations, for Bridgend County Borough Council, have seen the provision of automatic doors at the main entrances of seven of the council's swimming pools and recreation centres.

The work involved installing five complete new door packages and fitting Kaba's FDC units and headers to existing manually operated doors.

In line with the Disability Discrimination Act, the newly automated inner and outer door sets now allow easy access into each building.
