British Gymnastics installs Concentrix mms system

British Gymnastics, the national sporting body behind amateur and competitive gymnastics, is installing a new web-based membership management system from Concentrix.

The new installation will enable the organisation's 127,000 members to join clubs, register for events and receive news online and sees Concentrix replacing a manual spreadsheet-based system with Sage CRM MME in 100 seats at British Gymnastics' Lilleshall headquarters.

The system is due to go live in September and British Gymnastics says it will now be able to eliminate the time-consuming and error prone manual processes used in the past.

It will also help to promote British Gymnastics' 150 - 200 annual events and increase awareness of the organisation's activities and membership across the UK.
