Slendertone Active is a motivational programme of combined exercise and toning designed to help burn fat, get fit and tone up all at the same time.

By wearing the Active toning belt during exercise - be it running on a treadmill, walking in the park or doing aerobics - a handheld monitor will provide real time information on heart rate and calories burned. This ensures exercise at an optimum pace to burn fat and get fit.

At the same time, the abs are toned by means of the company's special CSI technology which stimulates the nerves into working the muscles harder.

The Active fitness solution also includes exercise plans, a training diary and the unique 'Active' points programme, providing the motivation to reach a weekly workout target to see results in four to eight weeks.

Slendertone is the consumer products division of Irish company Bio-Medical Research and the Active belt joins the Flex, Flex BT and Flex Max toning belts and shorts.
