New from audio, video and music publishing company Sounds True is Jala, an enhanced music CD compilation of various artists by yoga expert Shiva Rea.
With a few exceptions, the titles included form the soundtrack from her Fluid Power: Wave Motion within Yoga DVD. In addition to 12 audio tracks, the CD includes bonus Fluid Power footage unavailable elsewhere. Total running time is 82 minutes.
In her worldwide retreats, thousands of flow yoga and trance-dance practitioners rave about Rea's inspiring music mixes and this latest collection, described as a dynamic, meditative sonic journey, features invocations, high-energy percussion, passionate vocals, sitar and chant.
Jala - which means 'water' - joins two other music compilations from Rea, Shakti Rhythms and Yoga Rhythms, plus a range of CDs and DVDs on the practice of yoga.
