Competition Line MD, Gordon Hall has chosen Kick TV for his Lifestyle Fitness brand's flagship site at Connah's Quay near Chester.

The agreement was signed by Nada Rigg, Business Development Manager at Lifestyle Fitness, at this year's Leisure Industry Week show in Birmingham. She said: “This is ideal. Kick TV gives us the ability to entertain and communicate our key messages to members in one simple move.”

The Cheshire venue offers club members a number of plasma screens with fixed viewing, plus more than 20 items of Life Fitness cv kit with their own Integrated LCD Entertainment System for individual viewing.

Further north and east, Barnsley Premier Fitness is the latest local authority facility to install Kick TV - in its gym at the Barnsley Metrodome - following in the path of Basingstoke Sports and Leisure Trust and Yarborough Leisure Centre in Lincoln.

Other clients include Roko, Peak Fitness and multi-FLAME award winner Valley Leisure.

Kick TV provides a TV channel which combines the latest and best pop videos with a series of commercials tailor made for a specific club. Every commercial uses background music and a professional voice-over and running the audio elsewhere in a club means that many more members can hear news of a venue's promotions.

Something of a newcomer to the industry, Kick TV - in the shape of Business Development Manager, Dave Goody - says: “We wanted to be 100 per cent sure we were able to offer the best before we made the channel available.”
