Introducing FitKitPro

FitKitPro (FKPro) is a functional training tool which uses a two strap system to achieve versatility.

FitKitPro's two strap system, inspired by Olympic Rings, is designed to offer the maximum comfort, variety and versatility during exercises.

It works by attaching the straps independently to a secure fixing and using the body's own weight at different angles to engage the supporting and stabilising muscles, as well as the prime movers, providing whole body strength and stability.

The attachments offer even more exercises; from abdominal raises (or supported exercises) with the body sling for the de-conditioned or disabled trainer to neck strengthening exercises with neck harness. The latter is especially useful for rugby, boxing, judo and motor sports.

The FitKitPro philosophy stems from a belief that every individual deserves access to the best equipment and, perhaps more importantly, education available. We all have one body for life - FitKitPro see it as our responsibility to help individuals provide the level of conditioning and support that is right for them and their body.

The FitKitPro system enables virtually unlimited functionality and movement. The clinically endorsed exercise and support programmes ensure that each individual has the opportunity to gain the maximum benefit in the most controlled, appropriate manner.

A variety of options are available including a bespoke option for gym fitting. Alternatively the FitKitPro can be fixed direct to walls, doors or any appropriate piece of gym equipment. A two metre square (approx.) provides enough space for a full range of movement when in use.
