Fitech has produced an Aerobic Capacity Manual, which comes with a Metronome CD or MP3 file.

Designed to support its software platform and range of assessing tools for health professionals, the manual is designed for gyms or personal trainers, who do not necessarily have access to expensive laboratory equipment.
