The new range has been designed specifically to focus on service and hygiene, with all labels and decals having been removed. Markings are now etched directly onto the equipment with a laser, doing away with the need to mark knobs and handles where such markings can wear away after prolonged use and doing away with the need for stick on labels and their potential to trap dirt.

Service work on the Paragon can be undertaken via a front panel, with the removal of just two screws being needed to gain access.

A false flue comes as standard, allowing the range to suite up with the gas range and have all services run down the back of the unit, but still be sited against a wall.

All base cabinets are now on 150mm legs allowing easy cleaning underneath and they also come double skinned to assist heat retention and allow the door to be hung on either right or left.
