Fitness company IndoorWalking are combining elliptical training with group training in a bid to encourage more of the public to get into the gym.

The concept of providing group walking indoor training was originally conceived in Spain with the program being refined and developed over the last few years.

Whilst the majority of cardiovascular workouts now involve technological advancements, IndoorWalking are taking a more personal approach to gaining and maintaining fitness levels.

Enric Bonilla, one of the driving forces behind this development says: “At IndoorWalking we analyse each individual’s level of fitness based on experience. We believe that experience is the true key to success or failure. An enjoyable, positive experience, or an unpleasant, negative one, is the key to whether people continue or abandon an exercise regime.”

The company believes that by combining music, group support, low risk exercise and qualified instructors, everything is then geared towards succeeding in improving a member’s health.
