TRAIN ME
Train Me Flair is an evaluation mechanism, scoring Personal Trainers based on their education, past experience, activity with their clients and feedback from their clients. Flair assigns a single score to each participating PT, while also identifying their personality and style.
Analyzing their PTs Flair scores and changes in the scores will allow gym managers to better monitor and improve the service provided to gym members. It will allow potential PT clients to make more informed decisions when engaging the services of a PT.
Health Clubs and PTs can use the Flair dashboard to analyse the changes in their scores and plan measures for improvements. The end result are happier clients who are retained for longer.
