Fitness Manager

Location: Leavenheath, United Kingdom
Salary: Competitive

Peake Fitness is looking for a dedicated and passionate Fitness Manager to inspire, lead, and manage the fitness division of Peake Fitness located at Stoke by Nayland Hotel Golf and Spa.

Candidates must demonstrate a clear understanding of both the fitness industry and the principals of management and have at least 2 years’ experience or the relevant skills, in an equivalent position.

You will be measured on retention of members, personal training sales and group exercise performance. You will be responsible for reviewing the training and development of your team, ensuring they are highly motivated and kept up to date with the current industry trends.

The role requires exceptional customer service skills and experience whilst also demonstrating clear competency in performance figures both financial and non-financial, systemisation and Health and Safety. You will be required to deliver classes as part of your role whilst also maintain the highest possible standard of tuition through all classes on the timetable. You will be a forward-thinking character who can draw from their industry experience to deliver our clubs goals and visions.

We are looking for an individual who is an experienced Fitness Manager and is looking for the next step up in their successful career.

- The Member Experience (retention)
- Group Exercise Division
- Personal Training Division
- Staff Development
- Health and Safety
- Legislation

Applicants must hold the following qualifications:
- Fitness Instructor Level 2
- Personal Trainer Level 3
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- First Aid at Work (FAW)
- Group exercise qualifications (Les Mills, Spinn, Boxing, ETM etc)
