ProInsight announcing new partnership with Alive Leisure

Alive Leisure is a charitable company, commissioned in 2014 by the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk, to manage sport and culture facilities and activities within West Norfolk.

Alive Leisure are committed to delivering a high standard of service to their customers and focus very much on a continuous improvement culture through Vision and Mission - Turning ambitions into reality through sports, arts and culture.

In line with their philosophy to provide outstanding service, Alive Leisure commissioned Proinsight – leaders in delivering insights to leisure and fitness sector – to complete a 12-month programme of mystery shops at five venues: Corn Exchange, Lynnsport, Oasis, St James Pool and Downham Market Leisure.

Proinsight’s ambition is to create a successful and long working partnership that benefits all parties. We pride ourselves on speed of delivery and quality assurance to deliver ‘best in class’ insights, whilst at the same time taking a ‘nothing's too much trouble’ approach to the way we work with our partners. We are customer experience fanatics and we believe that all consumers have a right to incredible service. Our unrivalled in-house expertise in sales and our ongoing work with some of the smartest people operating in the industry uniquely places us to provide quality data and insights.
