Ireland-based Teamhop will be launching its innovative new Fitframe training product into the UK at Leisure Industry Week.
Created for use in team training by a number of users at the same time, the scientifically designed frame can incorporate chin ups, crunches, dips, plyometrics, stretching, core stability and a range of other sport specific exercises.
The company also believes that it can encourage team cohesiveness, assisting in increased motivation, communication and team spirit which can all lead to an improved performance on the field.
Two versions are available, the Club Edition and the Schools Edition, with more than 20 people being able to perform on either at any one time. Taking up a space no bigger than 10sq m, Fitframe is suitable for use both indoors and outdoors.
