AV Danzer welcomes visitors to viewing platform at Manchester City Football Academy

Temporary structures specialist AV Danzer has included eco-friendly lighting as part of its provision for the building of the new Manchester City Football Academy at the Etihad Stadium, UK.

As part of its installation, which includes temporary accommodation for contractors, a visitor centre and viewing facility, AV Danzer, part of AV Group, provided eco-friendly details including passive infra-red lighting and rainwater harvesting.

At the visitor centre and viewing platform. Visitors can see the development work at the new City Football Academy, which is due to open in time for the 2014/2015 Premier League season.

So far, visitors from schools, local residents and colleges have been welcomed to the centre and shown the views over the development site to see the new Football Academy taking shape.
