Speedflex continue to make strides in the fitness space with their latest installation at Everyone Active Fareham. Two state-of-the-art Speedflex Blades were installed in their first ever dedicated connected fitness zone at the Fareham leisure centre.

Speedflex worked closely with the Everyone Active team to craft a space that transcends traditional gym setups. Paying close attention to the design of the space to ensure it provided an exceptional training environment for members to train alone, with a trainer, or as part of a small group training circuit. The connected fitness zone offers unmatched versatility and adaptability, bringing HIIT Without The Hurt to members, whilst remaining close to the gym floor to maximise participation.

Its intuitive design fosters inclusivity, welcoming members of all fitness levels to refine their technique, push their limits and unleash their full potential. Featuring over 100 on-demand workouts through the built-in screen, the Blade is the most inclusive piece of gym equipment, suitable for members of any fitness ability, aged 18-80+. Revolutionary technology integrated into the Blade means no joint pressure or pain for users, with no DOMS the following day.

Upon installation, Speedflex trainers were on hand to help immediate member engagement, whilst also training up staff to ensure seamless operations.

“We are thrilled with the latest installation of the Speedflex Blade connected fitness zone,” says Duncan Jefford, Regional Director of Everyone Active. “We’ve worked with Speedflex for a number of years now and what sets the Speedflex Blade apart is its incredible inclusivity, with all members able to get involved no matter their age or fitness level. Our new connected fitness zone epitomises our dedication to providing a space where individuals can thrive, whether pursuing their fitness journey solo or as part of a group setting. We look forward to expanding this concept across more sites soon.”

“We're excited to help Everyone Active bring a new offering to their members, integrating the Blade onto the gym floor in its own connected zone,” says James Smith, Sales Director at Speedflex. “The Blade's built-in screen features workouts from 10 minutes, up to 45 minutes, enabling members to walk up and begin a workout led by an on screen Speedflex trainer, demonstrating technique and encouragement along the way. We are looking forward to continuing working with Everyone Active on expanding their connected fitness zones across more sites this year."
