Speciality manufacturer La Pizza has teamed up with oven importer Jestic to provide a complete package for anyone wanting to add pizza to their food service offering.

A starter pack contains all the equipment necessary, including a Twin Stone Based Pizza Oven,Refrigerated Toppings Unit; Pizza Screens (used to place the dough base on in the oven for even air circulation and cooking); Topping Spooners; Pizza Wheel Cutter; Herb Shaker; and Pizza Peel (for removing the pizza from the oven.

Also provided are 18 x 9in Deep Pan Pizza Bases, 1kg Pizza Sauce and 2kg Mozzarella Cheese.

Full training is given on how to operate the ovens and make and bake the pizza. A finance lease deal is also offered.

With their small footprint, the ovens are said to be ideal for smaller operations such as leisure outlets, cafés, sandwich bars, pubs and forecourts.
