Belgian attraction Bobbejaanland is the second Parques Reunidos operation to adopt Clarity's solution, emphasising the group's commitment to using software that drives better guest experiences.

Parques Reunidos operates 71 theme parks and attractions across the UK, continental Europe and the Americas.

Following the recent installation for a Parques Reunidos venue in Germany, the latest rollout of ClarityLive Parks software equips Belgium's Bobbejaanland with a single, joined-up IT solution that addresses all its ticketing, season pass, retail and hospitality needs.

In a further development, an independent French cinema chain is launching e-ticketing facilities for customers, using ClarityLive software.

In a deal worth approximately €200,000, Clarity is providing wide ranging cinema management functionality to Ciné Vox and L'Atalante in Strasbourg, transforming their ticketing operation and reducing costs.

Ciné Vox and L'Atalante have selected ClarityLive software in order to improve the customer experience and compete more effectively with rival cinema chains. With ClarityLive, the chain possesses an advanced, fully integrated suite of specialist cinema management functionality that includes e-ticketing capabilities.

ClarityLive's e-ticketing tools make it simple for cinema customers to buy tickets online and from kiosks. The software enables independent operators like Ciné Vox and L'Atalante to compete on equal terms with the global chains operating on their doorsteps. They can ensure consistent multi-channel service, improve accessibility and convenience, and enhance the in-venue guest experience.

Ciné Vox has been using Clarity’s cinema software for over a decade. Under the new contract, both it and sister cinema L'Atalante will benefit from the latest ClarityLive Cinema solution.
