Coin validator features jam release and remote software downloading

At EAG 2016, Astrosystems is presenting its Microcoin SP coin validator and its Global Bill Acceptors range.

The Microcoin SP is designed for the UK amusements market, and for use in juke boxes, kiddy rides and pool tables, for example. The coin validator features a jam release mechanism, bonus credit system and remote downloading capabilities for firmware and software.

The Microcoin SP can also be fitted with a stylish faceplate with illuminated coin slot.

The Global Bill Acceptors range of note validation products, including the stackerless GBA ST2 bank note reader, provides Astrosystems’ customers peace of mind in the European market. The products are easy to service, operate and maintain, with software updates possible via USB stick or ccTalk.
