ProInsight announcing new partnership with Alive Leisure

Proinsight’s ambition is to create a successful and long working partnership that benefits all parties
Alive Leisure is a charitable company, commissioned in 2014 by the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk, to manage sport and culture facilities and activities within West Norfolk.

As a not-for-profit charity any surplus funds generated are put directly back into the services to improve opportunities and customer experience throughout the borough.

Alive Leisure are committed to delivering a high standard of service to their customers and focus very much on a continuous improvement culture through Vision and Mission - Turning ambitions into reality through sports, arts and culture.

In line with their philosophy to provide outstanding service, Alive Leisure commissioned Proinsight – leaders in delivering insights to leisure and fitness sector – to complete a 12-month programme of mystery shops at five venues: Corn Exchange, Lynnsport, Oasis, St James Pool and Downham Market Leisure.

Proinsight’s ambition is to create a successful and long working partnership that benefits all parties. We pride ourselves on speed of delivery and quality assurance to deliver ‘best in class’ insights, whilst at the same time taking a ‘nothing's too much trouble’ approach to the way we work with our partners. Our 2017 report presents insights from over 50,000 metrics collated from 800 locations drawn from leisure trusts, council facilities and private and charity sectors operating health and fitness facilities.
