Hatco will be showing a range of its innovative kitchen equipment at Hotelympia, including the new Steam-Max Rapid Steamer, the Quick-Therm Salamander and the Heat-Max Heated Wells.
Caterers can steam fresh seafood like scallops, crab and fish or warm rice, soups and sauces in the new Steam-Max. It's ideal for kiosks, QSR, supermarkets, schools or restaurants and can hold meat and steam vegetables.
The Quick-Therm finishes products and produces the classic 'au gratin' effect, suitable for caterers serving a variety of meal options including hotpots, pies, pastries and toasted sandwiches.
Prepared dishes can also be held in the Quick-Therm at the required temperature with a choice of eight levels in a temperature range from 40-70°C.
Multi-purpose Heat-Max Heated Wells offer the benefits of food warmers, soup kettles, bain-maries, steamers and pasta cookers all in one.
The heated wells provide a constant holding temperature and even heat distribution, with all the units having a remote temperature thermostat and separate lighted power switch to retain the heat setting throughout service.
