Operating at the extreme edge of performance, a race team requires every element and working part to function at its very best – and that includes its people.

Oracle Red Bull Racing has invested significantly in its Milton Keynes Technology Campus, introducing a new state-of-the-art high-performance fitness and wellbeing facility, fully equipped with Peloton Commercial products.

The cutting-edge, 3,000sq ft gym features a full complement of Precor strength and cardio equipment, including the sleek Resolute Selectorised Strength kit, Precor’s core cardio offering with P80 and P60 consoles and a fully bespoke Queenax functional fitness solution.

The Peloton Commercial team is also taking an active role in promoting health and wellness within the Oracle Red Bull Racing team.

Oracle Red Bull Racing CEO and team principal, Christian Horner, said: “Formula 1 is a pressure-cooker environment that takes a toll on staff, not just those at Grand Prix but also at the factory, which works 24/7 to deliver performance through the year.

“It’s hugely important we look after our people and care for their wellbeing. We want our team to stay fit and healthy, in body and mind, and know that will ultimately feed back to the team in improved performance.”

Oracle Red Bull Racing human performance coach, David Osgathorp, added: “Our goal is to deliver race-winning performances each weekend and, with the fine margins in F1, we’re always looking for an edge over our competitors. With Peloton Commercial, we can reach that target.”

Scott Trinder, Peloton Commercial UK sales leader – clubs and other verticals, adds: “In partnering with Peloton, Oracle Red Bull Racing is future-proofing its facilities, providing a best-in-class offer that will ensure it can engage with and attract employees from all demographics by demonstrating employee health and wellness is crucial to them.”
