As excitement builds for the 2023 ISPA Conference this May, ISPA has announced that renowned restaurateur and hospitality guru Will Guidara is set to take the main stage and share his secrets behind the remarkable power of giving spa customers more than they expect.

Having been immersed in the restaurant and hospitality industry since the age of 13, Guidara is a Cornell University graduate who went on to act as general manager of Eleven Madison Park in New York City. Under Guidara’s leadership and eventual ownership, Eleven Madison Park received four stars from the New York Times, three Michelin stars and the highest ranking on 2017's list of the World's 50 Best Restaurants.

He then went on to earn another Michelin star for his hotel food and beverage space at The NoMad New York.

Guidara is featured on HBO’s hit reality show, The Big Brunch, and his newest book, Unreasonable Hospitality: The Remarkable Power of Giving People More than they Expect, appeared on the ISPA member favourite books list in 2022.

Scheduled to speak on day two at the event’s Town Hall Sessions, Guidara adds his name to a lineup of speakers that already includes bestselling authors Neil Pasricha, Erica Dhawan and Ben Nemtin as keynotes.

As the only spa industry event to feature professional education, ISPA’s Knowledge Builder speakers will be unveiled one by one at attendISPA.com throughout February.

The event will also feature a special pre-Conference “Talent Talk” led by ISPA favourite Smiley Poswolsky on Monday 8 May. ISPA members can register to attend this illustrious event at attendISPA.com
