What we can do for you
We Work Well is a global premier hosted buyer event company, connecting high-level executives from leading suppliers with pre-selected highly qualified buyers in the wellness and hospitality industries, through scheduled one-on-one meetings, networking activities, community, and purpose.

Monica Helmstetter and Lucy Hugo founded We Work Well in 2019. In October 2021, they expanded their already successful hosted buyer meeting concept for the spa and wellness industry in North America and EMEA, to the fitness sector in Europe. To support this expansion they added David Zarb-Jenkins to the team as co-founder of W3Fit EMEA. David brings over two decades of industry knowledge and experience in the fitness, hospitality, and hosted-buyer sectors.
