Expressions of Interest Invited for the Caban at Pendine Sands
Pendine Sands, Carmarthenshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lease the ‘Caban’ at Pendine Sands, an exemplar development which provides new purpose-built holiday accommodation and café overlooking one of the UK’s largest and most iconic beaches.

Situated in one of the fastest growing tourism destinations in Wales (worth over £1/2billion to the local economy in 2019), the successful applicant will have to provide a service that is in keeping and complimentary to other attractions in Pendine including the adjacent new International Museum of Speed and attending international events on the seven mile beach. This facility forms part of a wider £7million pound resort-wide regeneration masterplan.

Development details:
• Turnkey facility, ready to occupy
• 42 bed capacity (13 bedrooms: 8x4 bed; 5x2 bed)
• 76 cover café with further outdoor seating option
• 4-star high spec development (Passivhaus standard)
• Prime tourist beachside location with sea views
• On All-Wales Coastal Path

Mae'r cyfleuster hwn yn rhan o brif gynllun adfywio ehangach gwerth £7miliwn ar gyfer y gyrchfan gyfan.
